santa's at my doorstep;

Hello Hello Hello! Hohoho, Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas!

I've been really enthusiastic about celebrating Christmas this year for a very special reason. I swear when I headed to Sydney, I wanted to get presents for every single living soul that I knew who celebrated this joyous occasion. Lets just say when I saw the prices on the items sold there, there was a change of plans, gosh. And you thought the stuff sold in Singapore were expensive! It would be kinda weird to explain my rational behind not getting presents for everyone, but I just didn't feel it was appropriate to get for example a koala pouch or something along that line for Christmas. That to me, would have been wastage. Thus, I decided not to boost the Australian economy.

I love doing the dishes. Sorry, I just had to say that. My mind gets to wander when I do repetitive stuff, like doing the dishes (duh!). Its pretty exciting, I love living in my own world. When I was young, I would picture a world where everyone would be happy and merry, free from stress. A world where broken families were unheard of. A world where love rules everything, and hatred banished to the deepest and darkest dungeons. Ok, STOP! Lets not do the touchy-touchy thing on Christmas eve. World peace can wait, it never really is achievable. But since its Christmas, a period of giving, lets give something to this world. Lets give those fighting wars around the world one thing: hope. Let us not forget those that don't enjoy the same comforts we have as of this moment.

Oh well, our complex human brains at work. I must thank my mom later when I cut my birthday cake. I want to tell her that I've grown up, through all this years, with her guidance, I never really got into any big trouble. I am going to make her proud, someday. And I wish that my dad would be in Singapore to celebrate my birthday. It's the second year he isn't with me to celebrate my birthday. Santa, please do your thing!
